What is the difference between LO Pro for $120.00 vs a replacement cover $99.95 and does it have the Velcro already attached to the cover and is tx278101cvr the one that fits a 2003 ford ranger extended cab with side steps

The difference between the tonneau cover and the replacement tarps are the covers are new and have everyting to install and the replacement taprs are tarps based on the covers they are intended to replace.
If you are looking for a tonneau to install on your 2003 Ford Ranger with a 6 foot bed the most popular option is the Access Vanish Soft, Roll-Up Tonneau Cover # 834532007615 which would work well.
We also have an Extang hard cover # EX83600 that is super easy to install.
