Are Reese Under Bed 5th Wheel Brackets RP50066 Rated for an 18K Trailer
Question:
I find no specs on these brackets, are they rated for 18k trailers

The short answer is yes, Reese Quick-Install Custom Bracket Kit # RP50066, is rated for use towing an 18K trailer. Reese will say that they are rated for whatever the truck is rated for (or at least what the hitch you use is rated for). This kit is just the brackets though and does not include the rails. If you already have rails then you will also need hardware # RP58430. Or if you need the whole kit for your 2016 Chevy Silverado 3500 short bed it is # RP50066-58. I linked a video showing an example installation for you.
