Needing a Replacement Axle for a Small ATV Trailer

Question:

I need to replace an existing trailer axle with one that has 69-72inch hub to hub with a 56.5inch spring center. I prefer the 5 x 4.5 bolt pattern. This is for a small ATV trailer. Can you help me?

I have a solution for you, but I do not have an single straight axle with the exact dimensions that you are looking for to fit your trailer.

Instead, I recommend the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System, like # A12WS545. The Timbren system is designed to mount to the frame of your trailer and replace the single axle with leaf springs.

The Timbren system uses rubber Aeon springs for ride and load support. The system has no cross tube which will open up ground clearance underneath the trailer. The better ground clearance will be a benefit if you plan to use the trailer off road.

I have attached a review video of the Timbren Axle-Less Suspension System for you to view.

The Timbren Axle-Less Suspension # A12WS545 has a 1,200 lbs weight capacity and includes hubs that have a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern.
