I might have a solution for you. However, unfortunately, we do not carry a heavy duty hitch that is designed to bolt to the frame of the a 1991 Ford F-700 truck.
We carry the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Hitch, # 41990-07. This hitch will fit heavy-duty and commercial frames the measure up to 44 inches wide. The hitch is designed to be welded on to the trucks frame. This hitch has a gross trailer weight capacity of 16,000 lbs and a tongue weight capacity of 1,600 lbs.
Draw-Tite also has this same hitch with a 62 inch cross tube, # 41991-07.
