Trailer makers rarely maintain detailed records for small items like bearings used in their trailers. I checked the Yacht Club website for bearing information for their PWC trailers but none is provided so your best bet is simply to pull one of the wheels/hubs and remove the bearings. You will find the bearing part numbers on the bearings themselves, as shown in the linked image.
