Which Reese Underbed 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Installation Kit Fits a 2003 Ford F-350 Crew Cab

I have the new 2011 Ford F350 crew cab with an 8 bed. It came with the factory installed 5th wheel underbed mounting kit and I purchased the 5th wheel head to go in it. It is a Reese 25000# hitch. My son has a 2003 Ford F350 crew cab with an 8 bed that we would like to purchase a mounting kit that will accept my 5th wheel head. I was looking at the RP30073. Will it work or can you reccomend the correct kit? Thank you for your assistance.
