Parts Needed to Install Brake Controller in a 2017 Toyota Highlander with 4-Way Wiring Harness

I have a question, I bought a 2017 Toyota Highlander XLE that came with the factory tow hitch and wire harness. We want to tow a 2600lbs pop up but we need to add a 7 pin connector and a brake controller. Which part would you recommend us in getting since it already has the 4 pin?

Since you already have a 4-way what you need is the kit part # ETBC7. This comes with everything needed to convert it to a 7-way and then also install the brake controller.

For a brake controller I would recommend the Prodigy P2 Brake Controller part # 90885. This is our best selling brake controller because of how well it works and how easy it is to setup.
