I have found a solution for adding under the bed rails to your 2016 Ford F-350.

For your Reese 20K 5th wheel hitch with industry standard rails (ISR), I recommend the Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails, # RP50026-58. This kit will mount brackets under the bed that attach to the frame of your F-350. These vehicle specific brackets will mount to the truck's frame with minimal labor.

This rail kit is compatible with Reese ISR hitches as well as other ISR hitches.

I also recommend using the 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Plug, # 50-97-410. This wiring harness will move your 5th wheel/gooseneck trailer connection in to the bed of your truck to provide for an easy and hassle-free hookup. Harness will plug between your OEM 7-way connector.
