What do I need to order to install gooseneck hitch on my Nissan Titan? Is the 9461 the best choice?

The correct gooseneck hitch and installation kit for the 2004 Titan Crew Cab with either a 5-1/2 or 6-1/2 foot bed is the Curt Double Lock, Flip and Store Gooseneck Hitch with Installation Kit, item # C620-664.
At this time, the Reese Hide-A-Goose Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch, item # 9461, has not been fitted for use with the Nissan Titan trucks.
You may also be interested in the Fifth Wheel and Gooseneck 90 Degree Wiring Harness with 7-Pole Connector, item # 50-97-410, which will provide an in bed 7-Way connector that plugs inline with the OEM 7-Way connector on your truck.
