How is 5th Airborne Sidewinder 5th Wheel King Pin ST100-SW16K Secured While Towing
Question:
will this work on a full size p/u and what keep this from going side to side while driving or moving going down hill? This thing goes round and round when not hooked up.

The Sidewinder Fifth Wheel King Pin with Rotating Turret, # RP61412, is designed to replace the pin box on a 5th wheel trailer. It is used on short bed, full size trucks when a slider 5th wheel hitch cannot offer enough clearance to safely make 90 degree turns.
When used with a standard 5th wheel trailer hitch, the Sidewinder provides 22 inches of clearance from the center of the king pin to the center of the turret. Each Sidewinder is pin box specific so you would need the manufacturer name and model number on the pin box to determine which Sidewinder is compatible.
