How Low Does Hook of Hollywood Racks Platform Rack Go for Attaching to Step Through Bike

How low does the sliding frame hook go on the Hollywood sport rider 4 bike platform? We have 2 girls bikes that only have a lower tube. Would I need to purchase the cross bars from the gooseneck to seat post to make this carrier work? Thanks

With the Hollywood Racks SportRider 4 bike rack # HR1400Z the lowest setting the hook can go is 18 inches. Most likely that would be low enough for your girl's bikes, but in case it's not you could use the adapter bar part # UB01 to provide a higher bar for the hooks to attach to.
