Ease of Installation For The WeatherTech Air Deflectors # WT82138 On A 2011 Ford F-250
Question:
Fixing to get 2011 F250crew cab and want to install set. Have always used Vent shade, which attaches to outside with double stick tape and have good luck with them. How does Weather Tech compare as far as staying in place and installation ease.

The WeatherTech Air Deflectors, part # WT82138, stay in place as they are held in place inside the window track and window frame. The installation process is fairly easy, as it does not require any tools.
To install the WeatherTech Air Deflectors, you would begin by cleaning the top edge of the windows, rolling your windows down all the way, positioning in the deflectors and working them into the track and then roll the windows up and down 5 times slowly.
Installation of the deflectors will go easier if they are warm, maybe have them lay outside while you prepare to install them. My co-worker has a set of WeathTech Deflectors on his Dodge truck and they have worked great for him.
I have also linked a video installation of another set of WeatherTech Air Deflectors on a different vehicle, as the installation process is the same.
