We have towing mirrors that are confirmed to fit your 1999 Chevrolet S-10 mirrors, but they are not custom. I recommend the K-Source Universal Dual Lens Towing Mirrors - Clip On - Pair # KS3990. These mirrors attach to the housing of your factory truck mirrors using a ratcheting system with heavy duty rubber straps. Sliding clips grab the front edge and the adjustable straps do the rest. They fit snug to reduce mirror vibration and are easily adjusted or removed using the quick-release button. These mirrors have dual lens and have a black plastic housing to give a clean look.
