According to the owner's manual I found online your 2006 Jeep Liberty can be flat towed since it has 4-wheel drive. You should verify with your printed copy if you haven't already.

The base plates to use with your Sterling All-Terrain Tow Bar # RM-576 is the EZ4 Kit # RM-521423-4. These are custom fit for the Liberty. For safety cables us # RM-643.

In addition to the tow bar and base plates you'll need wiring to power the Jeep's lights, a braking system, and likely a high-low adapter.

To operate the lights on the Liberty use the diode kit # RM-15247. This includes everything to power the lights plus the cord between the Jeep and RV. You'll also need a Brake Light Relay # RM-88400 since your Jeep has a separate lighting system.

For a supplemental braking system the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO # SM99251 is a favorite around here because of how reliable it is and it's easier to install than many other permanently installed systems.

Finally, you'll likely need a high-low adapter. I've attached an article to help you determine the correct rise or drop your setup requires. I've also linked our selection of adapters for you to look at once you know what you need.

In addition to my recommendations I've linked some articles on flat towing that you may find helpful.
