For your 2011 (or 2012) Jeep Grand Cherokee there are two base plate options. You have the EZ4 kit part # RM-521440-4 and the EZ5 part # RM-521440-5. There isn't a standard EZ kit that's a fit.

The primary difference between the two designs is the way they attach to the tow bar. The EZ5 does not use the quick-connect crossbar which provides a cleaner look, but prevents you from using some accessories that mount to the crossbar such as a Rock Guard like the Roadmaster # RM-4000. If you are at all interested in using a rock guard or protective screening, I recommend the Roadmaster EZ4.
