The biggest concern you need to consider is clearance for anything you place in the trailer hitch on the ProMaster City. We have installed a hitch on a 2017 and the distance form the center of the hitch pin hole to the back of the rear bumper is three inches.

The platform-style bike carrier I recommend is the Swagman Chinook, part # S64683. This 2-bike carrier has a capacity of 45-lbs per bike.
