To install the item you selected, Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch 20K, part # RP30928, to your 2011 Ford F-250 Super Duty, you will need to use Reese Fifth Wheel Installation Kit, part # RP50026-58.

If you are referring to the Pro Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch, part (Discontinued) PS30121, it will fit your 2011 Ford F-250 Super Duty, and you will need Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails and Installation Kit, part # RP50026-58.

If you will be using part # RP30928, I would recommend using a Sidewinder King Pin, to provide clearance when making turns. A Sidewinder King Pin will move the pivot point of the coupler back to the pin box and also provides additional clearance. To determine which Sidewinder you will need, you will need to look on your pin box for the Manufacturer and model number. You can then use the Sidewinder Matrix Chart to match up the correct Sidewinder (see faq).

If using a slider type hitch, like part # PS30121, you will not need to use a Sidewinder.

If you have a cab and chassis model truck, the Reese Fifth Wheel Installation Kits will not work. To mount a 5th wheel to a cab and chassis model, you would need to have brackets custom made by a trailer professional.
