Can Lippert Flex Air be Connected First and then Inflated
Question:
Will it hurt if I attach King pin to truck and put all weight on truck then add the air to the bag to the desired spot? It currently has no air in bag and the shock is extended.

What you described would be perfectly okay to do. Attach your truck to the pin box part # LC328492 and then with all of the weight on the trailer inflate the bags until the correct height on the shock is shown.
