Will a Flex Air Pin Box Fit in Place of a Rota-Flex Pin Box

Question:

I an looking for a replacement pin box for my 5th wheel, I presently have an 18,000 Lbs. Trail-Air Rota-Flex Pin Box Installed. Is the 18,000 Lbs. Trail-Air Flex-Air Part # LC328492 a direct replacement for the 18,000 Lbs. trail-Air Rota-Flex Pin Box. Also is there a Height of Length Difference on the Flex-Air King Pin Location once installed Compared to the Rota-Flex.

If the original pin box on the trailer was a Lippert 1621 (or if you can tell me the model Rota-Flex you have) then the Flex Air pin box # LC328492 will fit. There are only slight differences in height and length amongst pin boxes designed for the same application. They are made that way intentionally because changing the length especially can negatively affect the trailer frame.
