Recommendation on a Cargo Carrier to Mount the Hitch of a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon

Cool site. Im looking for a Cargo Carrier for my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 2016 Rubicon Hard Rock. Since I have the Rubicon I have a larger factory spare tire. I want a carrier that is both low enough when not loaded for the rear gate to open and swing over but also, ideally, one that folds up and locks in the up position. The two closest carriers Ive found is Item # 52018F but after watching videos Im not sure it meets these requirements. Can you help better direct me to where I can get what Im looking for? Ideally its 60inch x 24inch and folds up. Thanks,

We do not have a folding cargo carrier that will clear your spare when folded. You will have to go with a non-folding carrier like the Curt Cargo Carrier # C18152 will fit a 2 inch receiver hitch and has a distance of 11-1/4 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole and the first edge of the carrier. You will have plenty of room, but it will not fold.

You could also look an another non-folding carrier, like the Surco Cargo Carrier # 52018.
