2-Speed Hand Winch That Takes 25-Foot Strap

Will this winch accept a 2inch X 25foot strap.? If not, what would be comparable substitute?

The Fulton XLt Fully Enclosed 2-Speed Trailer Winch # F142425 can accept a 2-inch x 20-foot winch strap but not a 25-foot. The more layers of strap or rope that are on a winch drum the less the winch's capacity is. A 2-speed hand winch that can take a 25-foot strap is the 2500-lb-rated Dutton-Lainson # DL14825 which can use 25-foot strap # DL24249.
