Recommended Replacement Locking Hand Knob For Thule Spare Me Bike Carrier

When I unlock the knob to tighten it to my tire, it wont turn its stuck.

I talked to my contact at Thule and they told me that if the bike carrier has been on the vehicle for an extended period, there may be some corrosion in the lock causing it to be difficult to move.
