Recommended Aftermarket Electric Trailer Brake Controller for 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 3500
Question:
Hello, I have the vehicle listed in the subject with the integrated trailer brake controller and I cannot get it to work after replacing several control modules. Rather then paying someone an arm and a leg to assess and fix it, Id rather go with an aftermarket brake controller. I tow up to 18k pounds on two axles but want flexibility for added axles and need something very easy to install. What would you recommend please?

For an aftermarket electric brake controller I suggest the Prodigy P3 # 90195. It's one of the best controllers on the market because of its reliability and easy to use display. It'll operate up to 4 trailer axles.

How would i install this on oa 2014 suburban? there are no wires under the dash and no connector. Thanks, Ed
