We have just what you need to install your Reese 5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch onto your 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 without a factory rail kit.
The Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails and Outboard Installation Kit # RP56001-53 is custom fit for your SIlverado, which will cut the installation time in half when compared to a universal system, and is compatible with Reese 5th-wheel hitches like the one you have.
I have attached the installation details as well as a helpful demonstration video for you to look at.
If you do not have one already, I also recommend adding a 5th Wheel Wiring Harness like the Bargman # 50-97-410. Once installed, this will provide a 7-way connector in the bed of your truck for easy hookup with your trailer.
