My contact at Reese told me the installation instructions on the Reese Strait-Line Weight Distribution and Dual Cam Sway, # RP66074, are a starting point for installation. These instruction will be the same for your trailer if you have a 5 inch trailer frame.
You will be mocking up the cams installation first and then adjusting accordingly to set your final installation point on the trailer tongue. As stated in the instructions, it is important that once hooked-up the hanger's position must be adjusted to make sure the chain is in as vertical position before towing.
Also, when installing the cams, it will make installation easier if you tilt the ball mount as far forward as possible. This will allow the cam arms to position closer to the trailer frame, resulting in an easier installation.
