How does the goose neck down tube stay secure in the good neck hole?

The Hi-Rise 5th wheel trailer hitch # 9480-5W comes with shanks that attach to the bottom, center section of the hitch and are held in the gooseneck ball hole with the same pin that holds the gooseneck ball in. I have linked a video review of this hitch for you.
The round shank is designed for use with Draw-Tite/Reese Hide-A-Goose hitches and Bulldog underbed hitches and the square shank fits B&W Turnover Ball hitches.

Where can I. Purchase the serrated washer that’s on the round tube under the nut you have to torque down ?
