Why Does Titan Disc Brake Kit T4843800 Come with Battery

Hi I was wondering if you sell the TITAN 4843800 kit without the batteries because my 5th wheel already has a battery installed, and what kind of service life can i expect from this unit? Thanks

You'll want to use the battery that comes with the Titan Kit part # T4843800 when you install this kit on your trailer. A lot of trailers have auxiliary batteries like what yours has but these kits require their own dedicated battery to work consistently and safely. You don't want other accessories draining the battery of your braking system. That's why the setup needs it's own battery.
Once installed this kit will last a long time. They don't typically have a standard service life as they normally live as long as the trailer will be on the road.
