For a tailgate lock on your 2001 Ford F-250 with factory locks, you can use the Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Lock - Power - Black # PAL8250. This will connect to your factory wiring to work with your power locks.
If you want a secondary lock, you can use the Pop & Lock The Gate Defender Truck Tailgate Lock for Removable Tailgates # PAL9900.
