Expert Reply:
Since your Ford F-250 is a 1993 there are no specific instructions on where to measure for the base rail placement. I called Cequent, who owns Reese, and my contact said that you will need to install the rails so that the center of the spacing between the rails is either over or in front of your rear axle. You will then need to make sure that there are places along the body frame to install the brackets.
