Does Hide-A-Goose Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch Installation Kit Include Hitch For 2011 Ram 2500

I am currently looking at purchasing a gooseneck hitch for my 2011 ram 2500 6foot bed. PN# 9464-35. Is it the entire hitch and installation kit or just the install kit and I have to purchase the hitch separate? Im not sure. In item description it say installation kit

The Draw-Tite Hide-A-Goose Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch, part # 9464-35 includes the installation kit and hitch.

Once installed the only thing visible in the bed of your truck is the gooseneck ball and the safety chain loops. The ball can be stored upside down in the hitch when it is not being used for more bed access.

If you need a 7-way plug in the bed of your truck for your gooseneck trailer I recommend part # 41157.
