Can You Use A Bike Rack And Tow A Small Trailer With A 1-1/4 Inch Hitch On 2001 Honda Civic?

I have 1.25 inch hitch on my 2001 Honda Civic and would like to pull a small utility trailer and mount an existing bike rack. Both trailer and rack are 1.25. Is there any such thing as a dual 1.25inch trailer hitch/draw bar receiver or other options? Thank you

There is not a 1-1/4 inch dual hitch. The only option you have to carry both is if your utility trailer is an a-frame style using the Stromberg Carlson Bike Bunk Trailer-Mounted Bike Rack Carrier for A-Frame Trailers - 2"-100 lbs # CC-275 and a bike rack like the Swagman Original - 3 Bike Rack for 2" Trailer Hitches # S64152-2. You will want to use a bike adapter bar for any step through frames like # 64005 and a cable lock like # e98891.
