Question:

I just purchased a tire pressure monitor and need some info. How do I find the max heat the tire should run at and max air pressure. The tires on my 5th wheel are Duro DS2100 size ST235/80R16.

The max heat of your Duro DS2100 size ST235/80R16 will not be listed anywhere, but the max psi will be listed on the tire. Trailer tires should always be run at that max psi. The heat of your tire, although not rated, will be based on the load and the speed you travel. The load capacity and speed rating is listed on the tire normally with a letter rating of J-62 mph, L-75 mph, or M-81 mph and load capacity of C,D, E, etc. If there is not a speed rating printed on the tire, this will give you the standard speed rating of 65 mph.

I've attached an article to help.
