I do have some possible solutions for you, however I show that all of the available standard trunk-mount bike racks for the 2017 Nissan Rogue, like the Thule # TH910XT referenced in your question, are not considered a fit for models with a spoiler.
I recommend looking at the SeaSucker Hornet Rear Window Bike Rack # 298-BH1302. This unique system uses 2 vacuum cups with ratcheting straps that attach to the rear window of your vehicle and can carry 1 bike by the handlebars. I have attached a video demonstration of this product so you can get a better idea as to how it works.
Another option if your Nissan Rogue has a trailer hitch is a hitch-mounted bike rack. For this I really like the Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Rack # KU74FR. This is an excellent platform-style carrier with ratcheting hooks that will clamp down onto the wheels without any frame contact. Its convenient foot pedal lets you easily tilt the rack back (with bikes still loaded) for rear cargo access. I have also attached a link that will take you to our available selection of hitch-mounted bike racks for you to review.
If you do not have a trailer hitch installed on your Nissan Rogue, I recommend the Draw-Tite Class III Max Frame Receiver Hitch # 75902. This is a Class III trailer hitch with a 350 pound tongue weight and 3,500 pound towing weight capacity. The higher weight capacities on a Class III hitch may not ever be met using your Nissan Rogue, but the 2 inch hitch receiver opening will have many more hitch-mounted accessory options (such as bike racks) than a smaller 1-1/4 inch opening on a lesser rated hitch. I have attached an installation video on your vehicle for you to check out.
