Replacement Threaded Hitch Bolt for Yakima BigHorn Bike Rack

Question:

I have an older Yakima Big horn 4 bike carrier that I use on my 2012 Chevy Equinox. I wanted to put it on my 2010 Dodge Ram with the same size receiver. However I cant get the bolt to tighten down. Could this be worn thus not allowing the bolt to come tight? Meaning this part: Replacement Hitch Bolt, Nut and Clip for BigHorn 4 Bike Carrier - 2inch Hitches Item # Y8780022

The # Y8780022 is the correct part for your Yakima BigHorn, as long as it was made after 2004. My guess is that it's stripped because it should fit the same size receiver.
