I may have a solution for you, however we do not currently have any custom fit trailer hitches that are confirmed to fit your Ford F700.
The Draw-Tite Super Titan 3000 Weld-on Trailer Hitch # 38211 may work depending on the frame of your vehicle. This is a weld-on trailer hitch that will weld directly onto frame widths of 33-1/2 to 34-1/2 inches. With a 2 inch hitch ball it has a 12,000 pound gross towing weight, but with a 2-5/16 inch ball, it can handle up to 25,000 pounds.
Another option is the Draw-Tite Super Titan 4000 Weld-On Trailer Hitch with 3 Inch Receiver Opening # 38124. This will weld onto frame widths of 34 inches to 34-1/2 inches. It has a towing capacity of 25,000 pounds and tongue weight of 4,000 pounds.
If you do go this route, I recommend taking the trailer hitch to a qualified welder in your area for proper installation.
