We don't have a picture or video of the Thule Passage 2 Bike Carrier - Trunk Mount # TH910XT on a 2015 Lexus RX 350. We don't have one in our parking lot or I'd see if I could get the owner to take a picture with it. I can confirm that it is a fit for your vehicle without a spoiler.
