Ball Mount for Trailer that Sits 4-1/2 Inches Under Hitch
Question:
After all the measurements were done, the ball came to 4.5inch for me. I am having trouble finding a 4.5inch ball mount, can the 4inch do the job okay or would it be better to go to 5.

Your best solution is going to be getting a ball mount with a 4 inch drop like # C45056. Unfortunately, we don't have one with a 4-1/2 inch and all of them with a 5 inch drop will not fit a Class III trailer hitch receiver.
In reality the 1/2 inch of difference you'll have won't make a large impact. You just want the trailer to be as level as you can get it.
