Recommended Electric A-Frame Jack For 2009 Keystone M-19 Travel Trailer

lookin at a travel trailer keystone 2009 vr1 m-319 rlds 3311inch uvw/7615/cc1935/750 hitch wt. maybe hitch wt. inc. in uvw,not sure. Has manual hitch and jacks, wud like to price electric tongue and elec. jacks, is there going to be any wiring that will need to be do to accomplish this, and plz recommend the easiest and best as u did with husky for other guy, i am elder lady,,,,was wondering if it is a job i need someone else to do,,,,or cud i do this? I live in wichita, ks and having trouble finding any such info. for installing. tks

I did some research on your 2009 Keystone M-19 travel trailer. It looks like the base weight of your trailer is 7615-lbs and the tongue weight is 750-lbs. Those weights could change when you have the trailer loaded and ready to tow.

The A-frame electric jack I recommend is the Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jack # JET-5000. This is a drop leg jack and it has an 23-inch lift, capable of handling 5,000-lbs. The easiest way to run the power to the jack is to wire it as shown in the attached installation video. They are using the power from the vehicle wiring harness to power the jack.

If you are mechanically inclined, this is actually a pretty easy installation as you can see in the video, but it never hurts to hire a professional to do the installation.
