Direction Rear Hanger # 30-66-1 Should Face
Question:
Which way does the hanger face? Does the plate inside the hanger, face the front of the trailer towards the equalizer and the I/2inch bolt hole face the rear of the trailer? Thanks

You are correct. The angle of the plate in the Rear Hanger # HAP-103-00 you referenced faces forward and the bolt hole points towards the rear of the trailer.
