Will this Curt Class I Hitch #11114 fit on a 2008 Saturn Sky Redline equipped with MagnaFlow CatBack dual exhaust with quad 3 in tip assembly part #16664???

Yes, you will be able to install Curt trailer hitch # C11114 on your 2008 Saturn Sky Redline with the MagnaFlow exhaust. However, it is possible that exhaust hangers will need to be manipulated if there is any interference. Basically, the parts that hold the exhaust to the vehicle can be modified or replaced should there be any interference with the hitch. If there is interference I recommend having a muffler shop do the work to maneuver the exhaust out of the way.
