I contacted our representative at Bestop about a replacement rear window and soft upper doors for your 2003 Jeep TJ.
For a replacement rear window, you will need Replacement Window Rear, part # B390-45, which zips into a factory Jeep top or factory replacement Jeep top.
For soft upper doors, you will need Bestop Soft Upper Doors, part # B5179015, which includes the framing and will bolt into your existing factory steel half doors.
For just the soft upper doors without the framing, we have Bestop Fabric Replacement Upper Door Skins, part # B5312135, which would use factory framing which requires assembly.
The factory replacement parts for your 2003 Jeep TJ would use the Black Diamond pattern from the factory. The Bestop representative informed that the 2002 Jeep TJ models were the last to use the Black Denim from the factory.
