SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO or Invisi-Brake for a 1987 Jeep Wrangler
Question:
I am looking at either installing this or the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System - Proportional on my 1987 Jeep. Is one better for my year Jeep than the other? Will either one work?

Our installers prefer the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO # SM99251 over the Invisi-Brake # RM-8700. It is an easier install and more reliable so I actually recommend it often. The DUO is indeed a fit for your 1987 Jeep Wrangler. The Invisi-Brake is not listed as a fit. I have linked a video showing an example installation but it is on a newer Jeep so it should be used as a guide only.
