I have a solution for a bike rack on your 2006 Ford E-450 RV Cutaway. However, for a bike rack to install on the front of your motorhome you will need to install a front trailer receiver hitch.
The Draw-Tite Front Mount Hitch, # 65001, is a hitch that is designed to fit the 2006 E-450 RV cutaway. The hitch will bolt directly to the frame and the hitch has a 2 inch receiver opening. The 2 inch opening will allow you to mount a hitch accessory like a bike rack.
We carry many different types of hitch mounted bike racks. I recommend you use a rack that is rated to be used on an RV. The Swagman Traveler XCS, # S64664, will mount in the two inch receiver opening of the Draw-Tite hitch. The rack weighs 70 lbs and will accommodate 2 bikes weighing 35 lbs per bike.
If you have step trough frame, a woman's or child's bike, then I recommend using the # UB01 bike Adapter Bar. The bar allows to mount a bike that is missing the top tube to this style hanging bike rack.
