Lifted and dropped trucks are not ideal for towing since the height change can affect how level the hitched trailer can be and also the amount of rear-end squat you have from the trailer's tongue weight. A set of rubber jounce springs like the Timbren kit # TDR1500DQ (which does NOT fit the regular cab version) will stiffen the rear suspension when it is under load but will not otherwise alter the ride height or ride quality. When you're not towing the kit will disengage and you won't even know its there, but when you have the trailer tongue weight pushing down on the Ram's rear axle the springs will support the suspension to help reduce the squat.
