Fifth Wheel Rail Kit Recommendation for Draw Tite Hitch in 2013 Chevy Silverado

Question:

Im interested in the Reece brackets for installation of a fifth wheel hitch on a 2013 2500HD Silverado with a 6.5 ft box. I have a Schuling Draw-Tite hitch presently installed on a 2001 2500 HD Silverado. Will the Reece bracket shown for my 2013 truck work for the hitch rails for the Schuling hitch? I dont see any dimensions on the bracket from which I can make a judgment.

The Draw Tite hitch that you got from Shuling will install easily in the bed of your 2013 Chevy Silverado 2500HD with a short bed. You will just need a fifth wheel rail kit to install in your truck. For that you would want a custom install kit like the part # RP50066-58 which has been confirmed as a fit for your truck. This kit will install in about half the time as a universal kit and will minimize drilling.
