Reese Strait Line Weight Distribution System Recommendation with 1,200 lb Tongue Weight Max
Question:
I am currently usig the EAZ Lift Pro Series Weight Distribution System w Friction Sway Control - Round - 10,000 lbs GTW, 1,000 lbs TW on my trailer. I would like to go to a different type of sway control system. I was considering using the Reese Dual Cam High-Performance Sway Control system on my trailer instead of the friction control. I was considering replacing my spring bars with the Replacement Round Spring Bar for Reese Weight Distribution System - 1,200 lbs TW spring bars. Will these spring bars fit and lock in to my EAZ Lift head, or do I need to buy a new Reese head unit to get the Reese spring bars to fit and lock?

Basically you'd have to replace the entire system since none of the Reese parts are going to fit your EAZ setup. By the time you tried to piece it all together it will cost more than just getting a new kit all together.
For a properly rated system the part # RP66084 would be what you need. It has the 1,200 lb tongue weight rating you need and has the dual cam setup.
