Recommended Wiring Harness to Convert 4-Way to a 7-Way on a 2007 Honda Pilot

The kit that you are looking for is the Universal Installation Kit part # ETBC7. This kit has a 7-Way wiring harness that plugs right into your 4-Way harness at the rear of your Pilot. It also includes the necessary wiring that you will need to send power for all of the functions on your trailer end.

Since it sounds like your camper may have brakes, you will want to look into getting a brake controller to install in your Pilot.
