what tool and where can you buy the tool to take off the clear cover to get to the bulb?

The lens on scare light # RVSL31 is held on with 4 screws accessible from the outside and you would just use a Phillips screwdriver. But I think maybe you have a different model. If so let me know which one and I can determine how to access the bulb (unless it is a sealed light which would mean the whole light would have to be replaced).
