Troubleshooting Vehicle Sag After Installing a Weight Distribution System on a Ford E-350 Van
Question:
Have a Ford E-350 w/ extended box van. Installed your e2 hitch 800# round bar. Everything installed perfectly, but I didnt anticipate correctly the weight that would be aft of the rear axle. Now the whole rig is not level and sags at the hitch. Do I start over or can I raise the L brackets or the hitch or both to bring it level again? Thanks

It sounds to me that the Fastway e2 # FA94-00-0800 is not adjusted correctly or you have it overloaded, like you said.
To determine if the 800 pound tongue weight rating is enough find out the exact tongue weight of your loaded and ready to tow trailer. Not just what the sticker says it's rated for. The sticker will give you the dry tongue weight. Also add in the amount of weight behind your rear axle of your van to the trailer's tongue weight and this is what your system should be rated for.
If it isn't overloaded try adjusting the brackets and/or head.
