Recommended Trailair Pin Box For 2016 Montana Fifth Wheel With Lippert 1116 Pin Box

Question:

I have a 2016 Montana 5th wheel camper with a factory installed pin box, model LIPP1116. Is there a Flex Air pin box that I can install to replace this? The factory pin box GVRW is 19,000 lbs.

We do have a replacement pin box for your trailer with the Lippert 1116 pin box, but it is not the Flex Air.

The pin box I recommend as a replacement is the Trailair Air Ride 5th Wheel Pin Box, part # LC155943. This pin box has many of the same features as the Flex Air which includes the internal air bag and built-in strut to really reduce chucking and jarring.
